Song Review/ Alt Folk : Trickshooter Social Club’s ‘Television’

Trickshooter Social Club has released a feel good EP with their latest, ‘No Dogma’. One that is forged with the pulse of harmony and casts the live and let live frequency into the atmosphere. The four tracks, with a playtime of 15 minutes, are mellow indie rock/ alt folk tracks that dote on lyrical nuances and acoustic elation. It is light, airy, so full of warm and delectable tonalities. Think The Beatles, Allman Brothers Band and the like. The sense of freedom, camaraderie, and all encompassing love surrounds it.

Taken from this collection is the track, ‘Television’. With falling riffs, floating thoughts, and contemplative affectation, it is as buoyant as a balloon. The instrumental inflation is wide and varied with the guitar joined by piano melodies, harmonica arcs, and depth of electric guitar. Despite the layers, they keep it so simple and straightforward like a conversation with a friend or a stream of consciousness. Listen Now!

The track is available for streaming on popular sites like Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, and Amazon Music!
