TaughtMe Explores Ethereal Folk with Latest EP, ‘When I Calm Down’

(((When I Calm Down))) is a three part folk EP by artist and singer-songwriter, TaughtMe, the musical moniker of Utah native Blake Aaron Henderson. Drawn from his personal life and experiences, his tracks are spectacular autobiographical expositions of wisdom, knowledge, perspectives, and lessons that he gleaned along the way. With stripped and bare instrumental canvasses, his vocals glide through with a soft momentum.

His sonic style is contained in his ability to connect the common with ethereal. It manifests in grand infusions of rock and electronica properties in an earthy folk frame. And this EP features some of his best work. Witnessing the glinting acoustic metamorphose into vivid colors of liberation and light is truly astounding. And it is all even more compelling in light of the artist’s own journey (read about it in his Spotify bio).

The track is available for streaming on popular sites like Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, and Amazon Music!
