Sunburn’s ‘Bring Me The Sky’ is an Immersive Acoustic Rock Track

Born out of Dublin, Ireland is a dynamic alt-rock band called Sunburn. Gaining in indie perspectives, innovative technique, and memorable execution, their music revives retro music cultures for the contemporary context. ‘Bring Me The Sky’ is their latest single. In the wake of heartache and laboring emotions of youth, the song is a quest and hope for exhilaration, away from the depth and despair of darkness. ‘Spare me the ocean and bring me the sky’.

The acoustic rock track is deliberately constructed. Vocals with elastic bandwidths, both for pitch and emotion, tear vulnerably  through the reflective auras of the melody lines. It leaves a resonant stain behind, that both absorbs and is absorbed by the listener. As it echoes through the void, we echo with it. And that’s the only kind of music Sunburn knows to make, one that consumes and immerses you. Listeners of Hozier, Avi Kaplan, and James Bay are sure to enjoy this track.

Sunburn consists of Zak Coghlan, Conor McLoughlin, Charlie Webster and Colm Geraghty
