Song Review/ Alt Rock : Red Cabin’s ‘Straight Line’

Red Cabin is an alt rock band with a progressive edge, a 90s angst, and experimental flavors that is unlike any other. The result is cerebral collaborations of rock and electronica. It is new, fresh, and interesting. Their latest release is ‘Straight Line’, a track that creates the theme with contrasting elements and design. Because the composition is anything but straight. With electronic variations, patterned progressions, and edgy riff design, the track expands into so many sonic levels. The vocals are also elastic, both in emotion and range, forging itself in the likes of the instrumental pulse and rhythm.

The electronica gets more colorful, as they frolic over the second verse before bending excited by the burgeoning riffs well into the climactic arc. It becomes a smooth river of synths alongside the riffs before levelling down into a serene twinkle, suspended finally in a straight line. Listen Now!

The track is available for streaming on popular sites like Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, and Amazon Music!
