RISE’s ‘WITHOUT YOU’ is a Mellow Indie Rock Fantasy

RISE is a melodic rock band from Liverpool, England. Their soundscapes impart a sense of enriched vacancy. It’s like you’re floating in a mind of wordless thoughts. This abstract space allows them to explore moments of incredible clarity and fervent passion. RISE blends street indie with synth clusters and unfocused guitars to suspend the listener in a surreal world. 

Their debut release is the Memories and Possibilities EP. This collection is a thread that connects heartache’s past with love’s future. A bitter-sweet symphony of pop rock that is reminiscent of The Smiths, Arctic Monkeys, and The Who. The track, ‘Without You’ especially exemplifies the musical fantasy aesthetic of this band.
