Joe Traxler’s ‘Pheromones’ : Spectacular Lo-Fi Pop Agenda

Joe Traxler is a producer, singer/songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. The artist is known for his sonic diversity with stylings and aesthetics ranging from funk, neo-soul, dream-pop, contemporary hip-hop, and psychedelia. All these elements coexist, weaved together in a way that is reminiscent of artists like Tom Misch, Maxwell, and SZA, Frank Ocean. His latest track, ‘Pheromones’, alongside Harry Dean Lewis, especially features the plush alliance of all these facets.

The track is crafted with a lo-fi agenda. Luminous synth pulses, cool beats, and laid-back verses trigger a chill wave. Despite the many variations featured in the soundscape, there is an intuitive energy reserve that they spring from and gravitate to. It is all a swirling pool underscored by desire, hedonism, romance, and longing. Listen Now!

The track is available for streaming on popular sites like Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, and Amazon Music!
